I like experimenting with new things and I love things that are "do it yourself". So when I heard about this new face mask that you can create on your own, I thought I would give it a try!
This is something new to me, but you may have heard of this before: the Aspirin face mask. The ingredients in Aspirin are actually some of the ingredients used in most face cleansers to treat acne. I hear it is great exfoliation and leaves the skin smooth!
It is a very easy process and here is what you will need to get started:
- 3-4 NON-coated Aspirin pills
- 2-3 teaspoons of water
- 2-3 drops of Honey a small plate to mix
- Place the Aspirin on the small plate and drop your 2-3 teaspoons of water on them so the Aspirin can dissolve.
- Mix it together a little bit with your finger, then add your 2-3 drops of honey to the Aspirin/water mixture.
Rub the mixture on your face in a circular motion and let it stay on your face for about 10 minutes. After your time is up, gently rinse the mask off of your face with warm water and you're done! Your face will be left clean, foliated, smooth and fabulous!
This is a quick and easy "do it yourself" beauty tip and it doesn't take much effort. Make sure you try it and let me know what you think!
*Do not use this mask more than twice a week or else you will dry out your skin.*
