Meet the Man Behind the Loop

I'm sure you've all heard of Karmaloop.com, the biggest online urban retailer in the world. Well, meet the man behind the 'loop - Greg Selkoe (pictured above).

Beginning Karmaloop over 10 years ago, with little money and in the basement of his parents Boston, Ma. home, Selkoe is a true success story. He literally built this multi-million dollar company from the ground up.

If you care to disagree when i say Karmaloop.com is the biggest online urban retailer, you'll soon see that you are outnumbered. With Karmaloop.com getting 4.5 million visitors a month, 95,000 email subscribers (and counting) and raking in $65 million in the year 2009 alone, what more do you need as proof that Karmaloop.com is where it's at?

Oh, how dare I forget to mention that Selkoe is in the works to bringing KarmaloopTV to the cable television airwaves in the year 2011. That's right, KarmaloopTV will be on your tv screen very soon.

I think it's safe to say that Greg Selkoe is THEE man.

Anyone that allows their determination, drive and ambition to get them to the top, is by far someone that we can all learn a few things from. I'm inspired, for sure.
